EXTRA CREDIT

First of all, all the extra credit in the world
will not 'create' a new grade for you.

If you have a solid "B" grade with 85%,
no amount of extra credit will magically
bring that up to 90% and an "A".

You're grade is based primarily on what you've learned from the required material in this class.

Extra credit will only help you if your final percentage is 'borderline'.

If you end up with a final percentage of 89% (the highest possible "B" grade), by having turned in your extra credit assignment will allow me to give you an extra 1.0% and thus bump you up to 90% (and now the lowest "A" grade).

As you can see, doing extra credit is a good insurance policy just in case your final percentage is just on the borderline.
